A premium coaching brand with zero search presence

Akshat Shrivastava coaches Founders, CEOs, and senior leaders through the speaking moments that matter most. His two 1:1 programs serve clients across India, Australia, the USA, Canada, and the Middle East. The coaching was premium and outcome-driven. The problem wasn’t the product. It was the platform.

Where he started

9 impressions. Zero coaching page sessions.

When Akshat came to ClickSight in late 2025, his site had no meaningful organic presence. 9 non-branded impressions per month. Zero organic sessions to his coaching pages. No one who didn’t already know his name was finding him through search.

What we Build

Foundation first. Authority second.

The engagement began with a full website redesign — responsive, lightweight, built for mobile performance. Google Search Console and Analytics were configured from scratch, an XML sitemap submitted, and LiteSpeed Cache implemented for speed and indexation.

Keyword architecture was mapped across every key page — targeting searches like keynote speech preparation coaching, public speaking coach for CEOs India, and executive communication coach. Terms chosen because they reflect the actual language of a high-intent prospect at the moment they begin looking for help.

Program messaging was sharpened into two distinct identities. KMP as the front-door offer for leaders with an imminent keynote. CTS as the deeper transformation for leaders wanting long-term change. No overlap. No confusion.

Alongside this, a sustained content programme was launched targeting leadership communication and high-stakes public speaking topics — building topical authority in exactly the area where Akshat’s best clients already search.
